Jenkins
Jenkins is a private household assistant operated by a sole proprietor for the members of a single household. It sends two kinds of message, and no others:
The service is not advertising, marketing or promotional, and it is not available to the general public.
Only phone numbers belonging to members of the operator's household are registered with the service. Messages received from numbers that are not registered do not receive a reply.
Message frequency varies — replies to messages you send, plus severe weather alerts from the National Weather Service when they are issued for your area. Replies are sent only in response to a message from a registered household member. Weather alerts are sent only when the National Weather Service issues one, so they are occasional and their number depends entirely on the weather. The service does not send scheduled, recurring, promotional or marketing messages.
Weather alerts are drawn from the National Weather Service and are passed on as a convenience to household members who have agreed to receive them. A household member may stop receiving them at any time by texting STOP, or by asking the operator to turn them off while keeping replies.
Do not rely on this service as a source of emergency warnings. Messages may be delayed, incomplete or not delivered at all, and the service may be unavailable without notice. Always follow official warnings from the National Weather Service, local emergency management and broadcast media, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
Message and data rates may apply. Jenkins does not charge for messages; any charges are those of the recipient's own mobile carrier under their own plan.

To stop receiving messages, text STOP to the number you are messaging. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. You may rejoin at any time by texting START, or by asking the operator to re-register your number.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The service runs on privately owned equipment and is provided without any guarantee of availability. It may be unavailable, interrupted or discontinued at any time and without notice. Jenkins may be unable to answer a given question, and its replies may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on Jenkins for medical, legal, financial or emergency purposes. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
